A collection of good people - with honest, reliable credentials - a sort of online jury - that could be summoned in to evaluate each particular complaint. Could then decide on a verdict of opinion - a balanced and intelligently arrived at view. If this group started to get really well known, started to become trusted and valued - anyone wearing the badge of this group as a trusted member - anyone recieving a considered opinion from this group - if this group had a central site with reviews, write ups of all cases dealt with or under consideration - for cases just like yours and mine - defamation, injustice caused by the potential for quantity to outweigh quality.
