Hello there and welcome to the Tim Cumper Watch!

You are probably seeing this because you have either been stalked by ellumbra / grabbadabba / tierramariauk on your blogs and social networking sites or you are just curious who this man is. His full name is Timothy Ellis Cumper or Tim Cumper, a married man from Maidenhead, United Kingdom.

He owns a blog called Hospital Scams – Philippines, Tierra Maria UK, and Tierra Maria Estates Scam where he posts his articles and videos about his hallucinations of an organized Philippine real estate / hospital scam. His blog and videos accuse innocent people without even providing a solid proof or evidence.

He traveled to the Philippines to meet with his Filipina girlfriend Mayen in 2007. He was (and is) still married when they met and had sex several times. This resulted in an ectopic pregnancy of Mayen. Instead of coming to Mayen’s aid, he accused her and her friends of conspiring to extort about about Php 100,000 from him under the “honey pot” type of scam.

• Francis Jalbuena, Tierra Maria Estates manager
• Antonio Montinola, Tierra Maria Estates owner
• Tierra Maria Estates
• Medical Center Paranaque and its doctors, accountant and lawyer
• British Embassy in Manila
• Chin-Chin Gutierrez, Filipina actress endorsing Tierra Maria Estates

All of these people have been branded as scammers and thieves by Tim Cumper on his blogs. If you type “Tierra Maria Estates Scam” on Google, most likely you will see a number of sites that accuse a number of people behind an alleged scam. You will see the efforts he took to discredit a group of people and institutions after he chose to to ignore his Filipina girlfriend when she suffered ectopic pregnancy and got hospitalized.

He created more than 20 blogs all with the same content and uploaded his defamatory videos on almost every free video hosting site available.

From a forum user, we see the following observations on Tim Cumper alias Ellumbra’s delusion.

From Tim Cumper’s own words:

• she requests I send her some money to help with her internet expenses – but the request transforms into money for a health check – suspected Dengue Fever
• Receive another request and send more money – this time for new lodgings
• I receive a call from Mayen, moments after I log on to the Yahoo Messenger. She is in hospital – The Medical Center Paranaque – it transpires during the morning that she has to have an operation for an Ectopic Pregnancy. Would I send some money? Would I send 50,000 pesos via Western Union? I insist on dealing only directly with the hospital

On the other hand, we have Tim Cumpers’ own behavior from his own words:

• He was currently married at the time, and apparently still is
• He decided to pursue a secret affair with a woman in the Philippines
• While he was there he was looking for business opportunities that would make it possible for him to abandon his wife and move to the Philippines
• He had unprotected sex with this woman on numerous occasions
• He stated that he was prepared for the consequences of unprotected sex, but when those consequences happened he made every effort to avoid any personal responsibility and instead screamed ’scam’ despite proofs to the contrary; including proofs that arrived to him through the British Embassy
• He even tried to bait Mayen by repeatedly mentioning a western union money transfer that he never actually made in an effort to get her to try to go after the money. When she doesn’t take the bait he became more and more direct, finally asking her outright if she ever got it. Then he goes on to profess that this is another example of her trying to scam him for money, when he is the one doing the scamming!
• He repeatedly says that he has terminated communication with her, and yet he repeatedly returns to communicating with her. Always by his choice.

In addition, he is of the opinion that this is an organized scam ring, yet absolutely nobody else on the entire internet has experienced the same thing.

Last February 2008, Tim Cumper posted his story on Filipina Images. A lot of readers and bloggers reacted to his story. Instead of giving them concrete evidence, Tim accused each blogger and reader who did not believe his story to be part of the organized scam. He accused them of being another organized group being mobilized by the real estate company to cover up its tracks.

Now, he has set his eyes on select bloggers, forum posted, etc. and have stalked and harassed their friends and family.

Tim Cumper sent harassing messages to Noemi and Jepoy’s friends and relatives on Facebook. Tim Cumper repeatedly claims that these are not harassment but only a way for him to get in touch with Noemi, Jepoy and Reyna Elena despite the fact that he has been exchanging emails with them.

The recipients of these harassing messages think otherwise.

One of the recipients of these messages writes,

“I felt that my privacy was violated when this Tim Cumper sent me a threatening message. He was telling me to tell my friend to stop what they were doing or something else would happen. This I believe is a threat against me and my friend. I for one don’t care about what he has done here in the Philippines or whatever crimes he has committed. All I want now is for someone to report him to the proper authorities or maybe to the police.“

Tim Cumper also personally attacked Mr. Mark Grismer, his wife, Mr. Don Pinger, and a lot of random people who didn’t believe his story. He edited their photos and posted them on his blogs without permission. He accused an innocent blogger, Pepper, and posted her private information on his blogs. He created a scammer’s club series, a juvenile attack on the people who dismissed his story as a hoax.

He also called the Kris Aquino, daughter of the late Philippine President Cory Aquino, a mindless idiot and several random people at Twitter:

The band Lose Your Bear Belly has also been called by Tim Cumper as thieves,

“On March 23rd – Jepoy thought he would branch out on to his mate’s site The Man Blog and stir up more response from there, which illicted uninformed comments from one or two of the members – including “Steel” – following a trail what do we find?

A band called “Lose Your Beer Belly.”

So, huh, yeah – like – those are going to be unbiased comments eh, Jepoy? Gosh!”

Since his story was posted on Filipina Images, he has gone on a stalking spree on all the bloggers involved. He calls this as research, but can it be called a research if he started sending messages to these random people about his story? Another crazy thing is, the blogs of these random bloggers are mostly in Tagalog or Filipino which he definitely can’t understand.

In one of Tim Cumper’s blog post, he created a group called Gay-Mops. He said,

“As far as Gay-Mops is concerned and the series of adverts that I have created for them . . .

. . . it’s no more than an innocent play on words – Game Ops – Gay-Mops.

You see it sounds the same but is spelt differently.
Did you think it referred to you?

No – it’s a fictitious firm I made up – an Internet cleaning company – who think that it is their duty to protect the “innocent” online – even going so far as pretending their innocence for them by making excuses, spreading lies and propaganda.
Nothing like the real GameOps – who are all about computer games.
I mean – do the staff look at all like you?
Don’t be silly.”

Yet in one of his posts, he openly claimed that Gay-Mops was indeed his brand of insult to GameOPS.net,

Aside from harassing bloggers and random people who didn’t belieive his story, Tim Cumper was and still is known to pose as somebody else.

We can clearly read it from his own words,

“The strategy that was to have been employed around Christmas time – was focusing even more clearly now. This was helped by a random communication I made to Sir Francis, under a Pseudonym – John Goodwin – who worked in real estate. He wrote about how disgusted he was that the Code of Ethical Practice for Realtors had been trashed, along with Sir Francis’s personal ethics – and that the end result must surely be his regret and ridicule.”

This act continued on while he stalks and harassed the bloggers and other random people on the internet. He is known to send as Nellie Sabuero, Maria Louise Pelletier, Eleanor Grey and as a “barbie doll”,

Tim Cumper claimed that he was a victim of an organized scam in the Philippines. But the truth is, he’s scamming his wife as well. He came to the Philippines and had sex with another woman while he was still married to his wife. This can be proven on “Day 3″ of his original blog entry,

“June 18th. I fly to the Philippines – we meet – I have a wonderful, but expensive time. Mayen

Identity theft is a serious crime. Guess what? Tim Cumper did this a lot of times with a lot of people.

He first registered a fake mySpace profile of Jepoy, one of the bloggers who didn’t believe his story. As you can see, he even mentioned one of his pseudonyms, Nellie Sabuero:

He also registered a fake Facebook account under the name of Reynaldo Dizon. This is apparently the doctor involved in his so-called “organized scam” group. Tim Cumper cannot deny this fact as he openly calls to bring “THE REAL” Reynaldo Dizon on Facebook,

Tim Cumper first branded the bloggers and forum users who posted their reactions as being part of a group being mobilized by the Real Estate firm to clean their name on the internet. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! The fact remained that most of these people do not know each other until Tim Cumper branded them as such.

This accusation from Tim Cumper triggered the reaction of this people and finally concluded that Tim Cumper is actually suffering from some serious illness. An illness in which everyone who isn’t with him is definitely against him.

Some of the people who’ve read Tim Cumper stories or have been stalked and harassed online had these to say…

Several weeks ago I have posted here that it has been months since my last post, obviously it was. Now, I get this news that some freek is accusing me of commenting bad things on him and whose been stalking me for hours in the net- searching all of my links tirelessly. He even gave away my private links and pictures through his blog.

The man from UK who is desperate to cover up his guilt of abandoning his lady love and littering the blogosphere of his stories about the hospital scams and tierra maria scam uk hoax called me names in his e-mail.

An article which had been circulating over the blogosphere for some time now, who’s writer is suspected to be suffering from ADD or maybe worse, is considered as a hoax. Yes, I repeat, the Tierra Maria Estates Scam is a Hoax.

The article is about a foreigner who was claiming that the whole Filipino community is scamming him. A little bit sarcastic, but the situation is heading in that direction anyway. Everyone who are against his “carefully constructed drama” are considered part of that scam

Rocky narrates,

Do you remember Tim Cumper? If not then let me refresh your memory by directing you to my old post about my stalker. I made a post about him last January or about 8 months ago because he’s been stalking me like hell. And guess what, he’s still at it. Stalking and stalking innocent people and branding them as scammers, scam supporters or whatever his twisted mind wants.

His latest victim was my good friend Pepper. He accused her of posting comments on blogs about him just because she was friends with Jepoy and me. And dig this, he accused her because her name was Jennifer, almost the same name as the person posting as Jen on the other blogs. Very stupid if you ask me.

Also just recently, he called our website GameOPS as Gay-Mops. I don’t know if he’s implying that we are gays and gays are liars as he has been calling us liars all along. Gender bigot alert.

Mayen Betita paused to sing their love song, “I’ll Never Fall In Love Again”. She giggled and placed her hand on mine as if placating the pain from narrating the harrowing events leading to the breakup with Timothy Ellis Cumper (also known as Ellumbra or Tim Cumper) her ex-boyfriend, a UK national.

I sought Mayen out so she could tell her version behind the alleged money scam that her ex-boyfriend accused her of. Remember, there are always two sides of the story. Before I show you the videocast I did with Mayen, let me rewind a bit.

A month ago, I was stupid enough to approve a post by Tim Cumper at the FilipinaImages.com. I felt that contributors of the Filipina Images’ Portal should have the freedom to express a positive or negative perception of the Filipina. I was also eager to hear his story.

However, I felt that Tim was extremely paranoid.

1. Tim Cumper lists down around 16 persons including Tierra Maria Estates and Medical Center Parañaque as players (View list of players) of an elaborate scam to snatch over 92,213.39 thousand pesos ($2,000.00 plus). Even the actress Chin Chin Gutierrez is involved.

2. He also thought a staff of the local UK embassy was in cahoots with the alleged scammers.

3. He believes that Mayen’s boss (Francis Jalbuena) is a mastermind of an alleged scam syndicate where his staff including Mayen is used as a pawn to extract money from foreigners.

3. Tim Cumper believes that Mayen faked the surgery of her ectopic pregnancy (with the assistance of 16 players) so they could stand to gain 92,213.39 thousand pesos.

Reyna Elena narrates,

I do not believe that there was scam at the hospital. The inability of the hospital to return the calls to Tim could well be because of the doctor-patient privacy rules. If it was the hospitals inability to return the calls to Tim nor was it a refusal on their part was not conclusive enough that there was a scam. The mistake on the dates on the invoice could very well be just that – a mistake. After all, if you’re an accountant in such a pressured situation where you were just accused of scamming, I wonder how the accountant was feeling preparing and printing the invoice. Panic invoicing?

This is a story that is a product of Tim’s doubts and fears and escalated into a mix of fantasy/reality that’s already imbedded in his mind. A story that was already hatched in the UK even before it started in Manila and everything that happened in between were just proofs of those doubts and fears.

This is a story about a person who believes and continues to believe that the world is against him, that the world ruined his dreams and shall therefore suffer his internet wrath. We may never know what kind of traumatic experience he had in the past nor how bad his marriage was, that contributed to this unbelievable rage of negative opinion of everything and anything.

This is a story about a person who does not have faith in himself and in anyone, a person who is not thankful for what he has, and a person who believed that everyone around him is out to con and scam him.

Jepoy narrates,

First of all, I would like to categorically deny all Tim Cumper’s accusations against me. I am a blogger. Not a scam supporter or whatsoever. As a blogger, it is normal for me to react on blog entries like of those of Tim Cumper’s. Normally when I react on controversial blog entries like this, the author would make a defensive stand and defend whatever he/she has written. But Tim Cumper is different. Instead of being defensive by showing proofs, he attacked every single blogger or person that has criticized all his actions.

Tim Cumper first branded me as being part of a bayanihan payola to protect the image of Tierra Maria Estates. And when I finally posted my entry, he started a barrage of personal attacks against me (eg. posting my photo on a nude pic, creating fake myspace profiles, fake confession statements, etc.).

Mark narrates,

I know this thing has been blown out of proportions but if he just said his side and be quiet then things might have been better. The truth is he did not even bother to send money so I cannot fathom the fact that he is acting like a psychopath. Personally I do not care whether there was a scam or not Tim did not seek the help of the authorities it was his fault he just consulted a bunch of experts.

Now there is threat of the law upon those who dispute his accusation. In my opinion, if you really believed in the law there are several government agencies here and in the UK who can help you with that in the first place.

Reesie narrates,

I was blog-hopping yesterday and I stumbled upon this blog http://hospitalscams.blogspot.com/. I’ve spent the whole afternoon reading it. It was about this British guy who met a Filipina online. He literally spammed the internet with his 20 different blogs about his said misfortunes with this girl. He believed that he was scammed – that the girl, Paranaque Medical Hospital, doctors, lawyers, the British Embassy of the Phil, Tierra Maria Estates and even Chin-chin Guttierez were all part of it. He believed that this is a large scale and organized plot against him. How much money involved? It was all for Php 84,000.00. Geeh! Imagine 20 people were trying to extort him for just Php 84,000.00! So if these so-called scammers divide the multi-million pesoseses, each of them would get a stunning Php 4,200.00!!

Quite honestly, I was really entertained. Well, I really pity him though. He created his own nightmare and consequently ruined his own happiness.

Tim Cumper was known to edit and delete contents on his blog entries as often as he likes. This attitude made it difficult for the accused persons and bloggers to document his libelous activities.

Definitely not! This website was established to finally informed everyone about the harassment and stalking of Timothy Ellis Cumper. We do not wish to privy ourselves on his personal life but more of in reaction to his misdoings in our country the Philippines.

Defamation is the act of libel or slander. Libel is the publication of blasphemous, treasonable, seditious, or obscene writings or pictures on print or in the internet. In this case, TCW has just gathered all the materials and public opinion regarding Tim Cumper and his stories, nothing more.

As you can see, IT IS TIM CUMPER WHO IS GUILTY OF LIBEL AND DEFAMATION. Some of the persons/bloggers involved have already contacted their local authorities for possible libel suits against Tim Cumper.

Also, last September 26th, 2009, the Philippines experienced one of the worst flooding in its history, killing hundreds of people and leaving thousands homeless. Instead of helping, Tim Cumper used an important Twitter hashtag (#Ondoy) to promote his website,

On leaving school at the age of 15 Tim joined the Band of the Grenadier Guards as a French Horn player after studying arranging and conducting at The Royal Military School of Music, Knellar Hall, where he won the Cassel’s prize and the Worshipful Company of Musicians medal. Tim’s life as a musician in the army was featured in the BBC Omnibus programme Makers of the Queen’s Music. His main instrument is the Pianoforte however and this led him into other areas of music, leaving the army behind and forming Dick Lizard an 8 piece Jazz rock band. Tim was the Musical Director at Redroofs Theatre School for ten years and has become more involved with music in a theatrical context over the last three decades composing and arranging scores for new shows, The Emperor’s New Clothes and has been working with James for many years, finalising Make Believe. He owns a state–of–the–art recording studio at his home in Maidenhead.

People often ask which came first – the chicken or the egg.

It is painfully clear in this instance, that the stinking egg of propaganda initiated the response – which this same propaganda is now electing as its raison d’etre.

It is strikingly obvious, therefore, that the egg has gradually altered its original smell.

The original aim of this propaganda, to which this site is merely a recent addition, was to distill or obscure a story – a story containing incriminating speculation.

Rather than deal with the issue of incrimination in the normally expected manner – by directly supplying adequate proof of innocence – the decision was made to enlist the help of people, expert in manipulation of the media, to tackle the issue head on.
The nature of the story being such, that with suitable distortion of the facts, it would attract viral condemnation for its author – and achieve the original aim of obscuration, conveniently masking that the whole idea was launched – purely as a strategic business decision – and not as the result of a moral outrage, which it will appear to be to the naive reader.

I can assure every reader of this website – that if you study the original story – you will detect through all the copious detail – a strong thread of unexplained inconsistencies, coincidences, anomalies and behaviour – which all contributed to the perfectly justified caution which I adopted.

This simple caution has been twisted and misrepresented by the propaganda machine – as part of an obvious incitement, to garner support – allowing it to achieve the totally fake veneer of consensus.

It has been a total manipulation of the medium of the Internet – by those with the appropriate skills and networks.

It has been a total manipulation of your minds – the readers and supporters of this propaganda.

You have been suckered in by its lies – by its false accusations and exaggerations.

You have allowed hatred to blind your vision.

You have been abused by the people key to this orchestrated campaign of propaganda.

That is the truth.
Whether or not you respect that truth is down to yourselves.
